Tying it all together!

This is what it is all about to me- creating a healthy, sustainable lifestyle that enables you to live your life to it’s fullest! While I focus on ‘Foods N Fitness’ a lot with my clients, I also tie in many different aspects of health and wellbeing- whether you signed up for a ‘foods’ plan or a ‘fitness’ plan, I’m always sneaking in overall health.

We often forget that our mental, social, physical, environmental and spiritual health all contribute to our overall health and wellbeing. If one part of the equation is out of place, it can lead to a domino effect that can hinder every aspect of your life. I am by no means an expert in all of these areas, but I do try to give them the attention they deserve, and when necessary, will refer you to someone who is an expert.

As a healthcare provider, I have been trained to review your health history, medications and conditions for any indication of systemic inflammation. I tie things such as sleep health and stress management in to my lifestyle coaching. Again, my main goal is to treat the whole picture, so we focus on many different aspects in order to work our way towards a healthier lifestyle.
