While I provide a couple of basic plans to choose from, I work with each client on a very individualized basis. You are not just signing up for a generalized program. I work closely with my clients and create a tailored plan based on your needs and goals.

6-Week Intro to Healthy Living

This plan is designed for those who are looking to start the journey towards living a healthier lifestyle. Included in this package:

*Initial consultation and goal setting

*Weekly check-ins via email, video conferencing, or phone call (30 minutes)

*Weekly tracking log

*Weekly recipes based on your preferences

12- Week Commitment to Healthy Living

This plan is designed for those who are looking to make a long term commitment towards changing their habits and living a healthier lifestyle. Included in this package:

*Initial consultation and goal setting

*Weekly check-ins via email, video conferencing, or phone call (30 minutes)

*Weekly tracking log

*Weekly recipes based on your preferences

Foods N Fitness Combo

This is a 6-week package that includes everything from the above packages PLUS a customized at home workout plan OR virtual personal training sessions.

*all workout plans are based off of your goals and equipment availability. There is no minimun amount of equipment needed, we can tailor to your needs.

Virtual Personal Training

Includes:

*Warm up, workout and cool down.

*Virtual instruction for the entire session.

*Customized to your goals/equipment availability
