I’m loving how these classes get me moving, and are easy to squeeze in to my day. The hour flies by and I love the variety of exercises (and modifications) that are given. There’s something in there for everyone and no one is too advanced or too new to make this work. There are really no excuses not to do this for yourself and you’ll be feeling great after just a few sessions with Amy.


Even though I had thought of myself as a clean eater “mostly” in the past, I really wasn’t. This challenge has really helped me to tweak the parts of my nutrition that needed it. I’m going to keep on keeping on…and I’m pretty excited about how I’m feeling with these changes. Plus, it hasn’t felt as hard as I thought it would be. Maybe that’s because there are so many great recipes and options for grain/dairy free lifestyles, but the ease of this has truly surprised (and inspired) me.

I highly recommend the Integrated Foods N Fitness nutrition program.  Amy’s take on nutrition is approachable and adapts easily into daily life.  Following Amy’s direction, I was able to very quickly learn healthy nutrition approaches and was easily able to make major changes in my day-to-day life.  Amy provides references for her recommendations and continues to advance her knowledge, staying up to date on the latest information and research in wellness and nutrition.  She is always available and responsive to any questions or concerns raised.  I really appreciated her approach that framed following a healthy lifestyle and approaching food from a nutritional standpoint; however, without a good/bad label. 

I would recommend anyone looking for assistance with overall guidance, advice and support to reach out and work with Amy.
